Better melee combat (#542)

* - add: NextMobAttack, EquipCooldown.

* - fix: Some combat fixes.

* - add: Telebaton.

* - add: Stun baton rework.

* - tweak: Reduce melee range.

* - add: Rework melee block system.

* - add: ExaminedEvent.
