* Various Paper adjustments

+ can now have prefilled text
+ cleaned up paper sprite layering a bit,
+ adds an AME manual as a test but doesn't put it anywhere
+ Paper cannot write arbitrary Examine markup

* Paper component doesn't show text on examine anymore
