[Feat] Mindslave - имплант подчинения (#152)

* tweak: стандартизация названий имплантеров

* add: mindslave implant

* add: briefing, uplink listing, overlay icons

* add: new mindslave overlay icons by JustNemo

* remove: ненужный файлик удалён

* fix: фикс доставания импланта подчинения
