* Add living component for living beings without a defined body

* Merge LivingDamageable and Damageable components

* Fix ruinable and state manager inconsistencies

* Fix ruinable exposedata

* Fix new destructibles yamls

* Fix healing not healing

* Fix alive not being a valid state

* Fix valid state checking
