Remove ambient sound from lv/mv/pipes + up default ambience volume (#22536)

* Remove remaining ambientsound enabled overrides on maps

* Disable LV and MV ambience altogether

* hv enable default

* not necessary bc subfloor

* up default volume

* no pipe ambience
